Vinification
Destemming, traditional mash fermentation in stainless steel barrels with fermentation temperature control; subsequent racking and malolactic fermentation in barrique barrels, where it matures for a further 17 months; then 3 months storage in stainless steel barrels and 3 months bottle ageing.
Characteristics
When poured into the glass, it impresses with its bright ruby red color and its fine, soft aroma of dark forest fruits, chocolate and tobacco notes. Its fullness and soft tannins give it a
long-lasting finish with great drinking pleasure.

It goes very well with game, as well as any other type of dark meat, hard cheese and cold cuts.
